We can thank God for the incredible edible egg yolk! Egg yolks improve brain health!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this post gets the attention of at least one #vegan. Have you #vegans considered eating some raw egg yolks for their valuable nutrients? Try asking God in Jesus’ name if you should include some raw, free-range egg yolks in your diet….

I never leave raw egg yolks out of my diet for too long. Why raw yolks and not cooked yolks? Because I think cooking ruins some of the delicate nutrients in the yolk. I don’t want my brain to be deprived of their amazing health benefits. I know eating raw egg yolks is kinda gross… But with God’s help, I have discovered a way to make the eating of raw egg yolks very easy and hardly gross at all. My secret is mixing the raw egg yolk with lots of very pungent and hot spices like raw garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper, and putting this spicy egg sauce on sardines, wrapped in lettuce. That’s right. I’m not vegetarian. I’m a pescetarian with some occasional bird broth. Ok. I think that’s more than enough tangible egg yolk love for this post. EAT UP!

I wanna do something about this!!!!!!!!!!! This makes me ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!! Ending prison rape is something to be passionate about because it’s a very solvable problem! On the Cancel Black Deaths Podcast, we’ll be discussing ways to end prison rape — which especially effects the black community. Hopefully I can get Dr Boyce Watkins on the podcast for a conversation. What’s happening in our prisons is basically institutionalized rape by our own government which FUNDS these disgusting prisons that are violating these prisoners basic human rights every day! Every human should have the basic human right to be in a safe environment where they aren’t forced to endure the anxiety of possibly being raped! We must stop this. We simply must.

What happens to these prisoners is cruel and unusual punishment. One prisoner will be tied to a bed and anally raped by
many other prisoners, one after the next. THIS IS EVIL. THIS IS EVIL. THIS IS EVIL. When a man is anally penetrated by another man — THIS IS FORCED FEMINIZATION. THIS IS SEVERE CRIPPLING TRAUMA FOR THESE GUYS.

The effects of prison rape EFFECT THE ENTIRE BLACK COMMUNITY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD! WE SHOULD CARE TO STOP IT! I’M TRYING MY BEST TO SAVE THEM!
